i got some 8ga wiring around....think i should use em towards the big 3 ?

or instead use something decent like a 0ga and save the 8ga for a 4 chan amp

im using a stock 120a alt and making about 1300w

for the alt to the battery thats ok..but for the ground and all that its better to use 0 gauge..but anything is better then nothing at all..

around im a lil tempted to experiment...yet again i wanted to make sure wether it would

put it on and try it, maybe maybe not, stock is prolly 8 gauge, but if its a 10 yo car then new wires couldnt hurt, I would go bigger myself. I did my dads truck (92) in 2 awg, he has no stereo, but he was having charge problems, took car of all the problems and everything in the truck works better, headlights are brighter

I just did it myself, and i went from massive dimming off 800w to NO dimming while powering 1200w...and my shits all stock....welding wire FTW. 2.89 a ft for 0/1.

might I ask where you are getting 1300? its not with the hifonics..
