Can I Beat The Hell Outta Um?

just wondering and off the last thread i read aboutt he guy gettin his stuff stolen, am i legally aloud to beat the shizznat outta someone if i catch them in my truck, or anything along those lines. also i heard they have defensive round bullets that are just hard rubber instead of metal if you shoot someone with that can u still stay away from facing jail time?

as for the beating, yes your car is considered an extension of your home or if its just plain on your property yes beat the sh!t good. as for the bullets i thought only police could get those?? i might be wrong, but if you see someone breaking into your car/truck your not gonna wanna pick up the gun with rubber bullets.....

if u catch them in your truck the first thing i'd do i call the police and tell them there's someone in your truck......now if your not willing to do that i would suggest restraining them.....beat them and then tie them up and wait for the police....

Legally no. You can not beat the shit out of them. You can how ever tell them to leave, then defend your self if necessary. Trust me. Can you say law suit...

And discharging a firearm in city limits is illegal. It would have to be pure self defense, with evidence to back it up. Say you were stabbed. And you better have a license for the firearm.

Just call the cops.

no excessive defense of property...even in the home. if you are in fear then certian states let you shoot to kill in self defense but only if they are NOT strictly burgularizing and not retreating.

edit: on the bullets thing...thats good question which i do not have a real answer to. however, if you have real bullets its voluntary manslaughter.
