can bump my own threads?

i fallowed all rules just like all fourms for selling name date everything. but i cant make any posts with out admin approving my post is the error message i get when i try to bump my sell thread

if its an old classifieds ad (check the section its in) then you wont bump up because that type of classified will be deleted as of march 1st.

Old classifieds are for replies only not bumps.
