Can anyone whip together a quick logo for our local club?

Hey there guys. A friend and I are making a car club because we're the only people in this area who know how to use a DMM to set your gains or who don't have Sony Xplods. We're also really good friends so I guess that helps. If the name has already been done, I'm sorry. Or if you don't like the name, I'm sorry again //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif But I am asking for a little assistance in a hopeless department - Photoshop.

Our club name is Audio Affliction. What I'm asking for is a design for a little sticker for vehicles to show membership. It's definitely going to be small... but again I have no idea how to use Photoshop properly, beyond cropping, resizing, etc.

We found this link and would like to have a sticker made along these lines, but not an exact copy:

I would do a lot more to it...but considering it's going on a car, I can't really use shadows, different colors, etc. This is really all I could do.
