i am looking at the Digital Designs 1500 10" sub. its rated at 450 watt rms, 1800 peak. can anyone suggest a good amp to power this sub. thanx

With D4 Voice coil (only option for 1500 I believe) you can run it at 2 OHM, try this amp... I almost bought it a while ago. I also think they carry it at best buy.

I've seen many people run these at 800 watts... just be a little careful with the gains and you should be fine.

I just looked on the DD website. Single 4 ohm VC, correct?
