its from the early 90s they were made by credence...

Might be helpful with a picture of the motor and basket. Actually the model might be printed on the motor.

It's a Kicker By Stillwater Designs. I believe it's a "Separates woofer."

Those were made before there was even a Kicker Comp. If I remember correctly they sound and operate like the old school Comp but with a wee bit less xmax.
