Can anyone build a passive x-over?

I need a pair of 2way passive crossovers built. The design is already done. Let me know how long it would take and how much it would cost to get one done. (oh, with a decent case too if possible!)

If I may jump in on this?

 

I am wanting some 12db 300hz high pass crossovers made. They don't have to be in pretty cases. I think I have the cap and coil numbers to use, but I have not really looked into all that much to make sure what I am doing.

Anyone make them? And I don't want bass blockers. They induce more distortion.
