can 4 dual 4ohm subs be wired to 1 ohm

could I wire each sub in series to make themm 8 ohms each then all 4 in paralel to get 1 ohm?

No, 4 dual 4 ohm subs can be wire to 8 ohms, 2 ohms

But, 4 dual 2 ohm subs can be wired to 1 ohms, 4 ohms

Are you sure it make sense if they where wired each in series it would be like 4 8ohms series right

Wont work, you wire each in series that becomes (4) 8 ohm loads. All those in parallel (4) 8ohm speakers will give you a 2 ohm load.

Only way to get 1ohm with (4) speakers is with (4) 4ohm subs or (4) Dual 2 ohm subs wired in series first than parallel
