can 160db's be achieved

those amps arent gonna get u a 60, maybe a 55,maybe but i doubt it. not gonna see much power out of those amps
Okay, this brings up a question I've always had. If a given amp, say, the amps above can bring a subwoofer to its mechanical limit (like Xmax) how can increasing the power create higher dB? Don't the speakers reach a maximum, period?

OR is it maybe some situation where any amp around a speaker's rated power can get you 90% of a speaker's Xmax with the last 10% being exponentially difficult to extract? I've always wondered //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif

those amps wont put 4 15s strokers to its full potential. its juss that u wont see much power out of those amps. wit imp rise and wha not. they arent bad amps, but to get sumthin like 160, u need some powerr. for a burp i would think a stroker could take 2400 on each. box has alot to do wit wha sub can and cant handle. correct me if im wrong //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

oh so what would be better getting 2 more subs and another amp or possibily getting 2 more amps? because these speakers are dual 2 ohm and i dunno how stable it's gonna be @ 1 ohm
