Overrated like hell...but perhaps for 150, if you can accept that you will get less power than advertised it is ok

ok nice..im actually looking for an 12-1500W amp so i might consider it.

Audiopipe 1500d for 160$ shipped. Will do rated power. Im not a huge AP fan, but I reccomend it over Quantum

yeh i've looked at them also..im in the process of selling my amp now so i will have $165 total. I'm looking for the best budget amp i can get. I'm about to look at older post for budget amps that do rated.
