Calorie Question

if you're looking to gain weight, try increasing your calories (not junk), and consuming 1.5 grams of protein per lb of body weight. Protein is key to gaining muscle. most supplements are a scam. I've always done four things to gain weight. increase calories, consume lots of protein, lift heavy, decrease cardio.
i'm beginning to think that, i bought some protein in a 5 lb bucket called Body Fortress and it's givin me nothin but headaches and feelings of depression. i'm throwin that shit out.

 
probably a good idea. try proteinfactory's website. if you don't find something there, go to a local smoothie king and buy Gladiator protein powder. I've used it before... doesn't taste bad, and gives 45g a serving.
