Abuse? Check other forums. We don't have nearly the pts they have. Hell on bodybuilding.com I made one post got banned for it, and still had over 100 pts. 100 pts from one post, and all I said was something along hte lines of a pic being photochopped.

x2, I was on a few forums with the rep system. Some people have a huge block of green dots changing to yellow, then blue, etc... Nobody there has a problem with it. For references, there's always the classifieds feedback forum. The scammers always get called out, and the good CA.com sellers always get their props, rep system or not.

Honestly, I dont see whats so wrong with it, besides the fact that it doesnt leave the names. So what that it gets abused, but its still used to its orginal intent. People still rep for positive/negative business transactions. Even though your repuation may not reflect the countless transactions, people still list the Ref's in their sigs. Secondly, the most well known, most influential, most controversial, and people who start most the fun all have the highest reps.Just make it leave names..../rant

That is so old. That may have been abuse, but we haven't done that in forever. Probably over 2500 pts ago and I'm closing in on 3000.

That didn't get me ahead of anyone. There were only 7-10 of us. It only lasted a week or so. As soon as the new mods were elected the club broke up. None of us had many pts so we didn't give much pts for reps.

Phat hasnt dropped from the top 3 ever...I dont care who is on top, nor do I care if he resets it. I think the system needs to be changed. Use it for selling. That way people can take out their million refs in their sigs. I would rather have a trader rating like on SIN. Not the current system. If it does stay this way I would love to see the names of who repped you.
