this guy named private aaron paul johnston scammed me for 550 and masterp for 675. i sent him a money order he cashed on the military base he was serving on. shortly after he ETS'd out of the military and moved away. Without a request for assistance from a police department, the military wont touch it. Since im in FL, he was in fort polk LA, and then moved to GA, no police department in those 3 places would touch it. Fortunitly i have free legal counciling at ucf, and it took 7 long grouwling months of goose chasing, calls, and lots and lots and lots of bullshit. After all else failed with trying to get the military to help us we tried sending the demand letter for my money(+other exspenses i paid this far to get to him) to the base hoping to have them forward it to him, well they sent it back, BUT WITH HIS CURRENT ADDRESS//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif as of janurary im taking this ******* to small claims court with my evidence (which should go well for me considering i have a whole plethora of evidence of tracking numbers, his signature of him getting the money, a copy of my MO he signed for with his bank account # on it, plus all our conversations through PMs) and there's no way he can prove he sent it to me, CAUSE HE DIDNT. After an offical court ruling maybe the military will play along. but we'll see once i get there.....

he ****ed me royally, im gonna pursue him legally and try and **** him just as bad.

i dont recall the exact term, but its basicly what its called when someone leaves the military, wether they do or donot have reserve time...they ETS and go home for a little bit if they have time still, if not they just go home

if you sent him a money order cant you file a claim with your local post office? its considered a federal offense i think since its mail fraud and it involves the government, ive seen a few threads on here about it, the general thought is that the government loves to prosecute these ppl, try and do a search for it if youre interested, at least I think it was this board . .

i didnt use a postal money order, and i sent it via ups....but its ok cause i had him sign for it with ups so i have his signature on that, and i paid a lil fee to get photo copies of the MO he cahsed, and it just so happened when he cashed it the bank put his bank account # on it. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
