Chad and Dale were VERY VERY nice. they answered all of my questions thoroughly, handled my order promptly, and sent an invoice within a couple hours, what more can i ask for?
honestly a couple people start talking about bad experiences and the bandwagon starts rolling. I mean with the amt of orders they get per day, the amout of people calling in, its tough with 2 people handling all of it, heck im having a hard time with what im doing right now lol. I hope this post will change peoples minds about ordering from them.

they are running a business where demand is instilled, who in there right mind would run a business with only two people? i'm sorry if they can't handle all the calls and what not but its their fault if they can't handle it. hire some other people so they can handle all the orders. its not cool when everything is not responded in a promptly fashion. its just not good for business. look at ike, there have been a few complaints about them but generally many people have had good experiences with them hence there 97% positive feedback on ebay. but people seem to look down on ike in general as a whack business.

anyways your lil diy setup looks great with the CAL25 tweets. what crossover are you going to use?

i agree with you there. maybe they dont make enough money to hire on new help? doing stuff factory direct, you dont have much markup from what i have seen.

I think they did not expect that much "growth" in that short of a time and thus Chad was not prepared to get help. if you hire one more person it does take some time to train them. however, based on a few complains they need to get back to the norm when it comes to CS.

takes a crapload of paperwork, taxes, wages, etc. youd have know AA's financial situation, and like i said, before, selling factory direct you really dont have much markup.
