CAF is down?

Same thing happened to ECA not too long ago.

And seeing as how ECA > CAF, it was of bigger concern to me //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

I agree, that site is always saying server too busy.
Negative. Lee fixed that problem and the server has been PERFECT.

Lee will never upgrade his pII server //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif

Hopefully it'll come back online.

I dont know. I haven't been around here as much for the past year. The only forum I check up on now is the General forum and the Speaker forum //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/redface.gif.62fdbfe1a101588a808c4cff71bcb942.gif

more heavyweights actually POST at caf then any other internet forum.

Actually, I would have to say that more "heavyweights" post as CS than any where.

But more post on ECA than CAF, IMO. Atleast the ones that I care about, respect, and frequently learn from. Only person who "regularly" posts on CAF that doesn't post just as much, if not more often, on ECA that I actually pay attention to is Warbleed. Plus ECA has people like werewolf and Kev7909....who are just flat-out irreplaceable as far as overall electrical and setup knowledge goes.

Ofcourse, a "heavyweight" to me is someone with advanced sound quality knowledge and skills as well as indepth electrical knowledge, where a heavyweight to someone else may be a guy who can get two Type-R's to 150db ( //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif ). Different strokes for different folks.

To me a heavyweight is someone who has a literal and usable knowledge of advanced EE, topologies, and theoretical design.

IOW - someone who has spent more time with FEA then an RTA.

bishe.

And what is "CS"?
