Cadence TXA-6004 or Alpine MRV-F545?

I don't know anything about any Cadence products (and if anything I always thought they were among the lower end of the spectrum), but I do know generally speaking that Alpine makes great products. I'm just wondering which of these two amps (as these seem to be the only two 4 channel amps I can find that meet my power requirements) you'd recommend and why.

well the 6004 is of stock, so unless you're buying it off the forums...

Brand new the Alpine costs a good bit more than the Cadence, and the Cadence gives you more power...but the Cadence is also huge. If you're restricted to a small space, definitely go with the Alpine. If money is an issue and you have a large area for your amp, then go Cadence.

Does the Cadence have a built-in cooling fan?

I don't think so, but with a huge heat sink like that, it won't need one...hell, most amps don't have cooling fans, even the high dollar ones.
You think it'll be okay mounted under the rear deck without a cooling fan?
