Cable recomendations for this set-up(2005 Toyota Celica)

The Car: Toyota 2005 Celica T-Sport

Current equipment:

Pioneer DEH-P88RSII

Alpine SPX-17REF (for front door, running with supplied X-overs)

to purchase:

Pioneer PRS-D420 4-Channel Amp (may bi-amp with the Alpine speakers)

Celsus Amp Kit (comes with 2 x 5M Advanded RCA cables, details below)

Possible Sub later on on.

Now I need recomendations on speaker and RCA cable, I'm totaly lost however I will need 5m length RCA's. Also door speakers will be baffled and sound-deadened. Ive looked at the following:

Speaker Cable:

Celsus 2.0mm

SPL Dynamics LC-2.0

Stinger 12 AWG Twisted

Voodoo 12 AWG Twisted

RCA Cable:

SPL Dynamics SC-50

Celsus Advanced Series(OFC, twisted, double screened, gold-plated brass connectors)
