Most fantasy leagues score something like the following:
QB's : Points for yards thrown (over 100 for some leagues)......TD's thrown
Negative points for interceptions
RB's : Points for yards run (usually over 50 for some leagues), TD's scored
Negative points for fumbles
WR's: Points for yards receiving (usually over a certain amount), TD'd caught
Negative points for fumbles
TE's: Points for yards receiving (usually over a certain amount), TS's caught
Negative points for fumbles
K's: Points for every FG, usually the longer the fg the more it's worth
Points for kicking extra points....usually like 1 point for every 2 XP's
Def: Points for minimal allowed yardage, shutting out the opponent, interceptions, fumble recoveries, and usually points for points allowed with the lowest points being awarded more for the fantasy leaguer
These are a complete generalization........please check with your league rules and options before taking this as exact.
