I brought 3 home with me today. My dmm at work said 13.8v. My cheap one here says 13.4. Here are pics on my cheap meter from home(its old as dirt).

this pic showes each battery has a number marked on it. So u know the resting volts of each battery.

Batt number 5 is 13.3/13.4.
