how have your results been with this amp? im thinking of buying one to power 2 kicker L7 12's. should i go wit the hifonics or stay with the jbl1200 ive got now?

Uhm if you go dual 4ohm the bx1500d will be better, otherwise go with the JBL.

Sometimes it seems to draw more current than my friends audiobahn amp 1500act.

Good amp though,only 80amp fuse rating which means,I believe, it should only pull about 110 amps or so.

i have one, very pleased with it. im running 2 12O.44's off it at 1 ohm and they pound. if i ever upgrade my system i might just get one more and get a couple subs that can handle 1500watts each.

I don't believe it ***** 110 amps, because i only get slight dimmage with my 90 amp alternator. And the fuses are dual 60 amp aren't they?... Just my thoughts, maybe the 2k3 model I have is slightly different than yours.

I love mine, very efficient, lots of power. Great even for repetitive bass notes and long rumbles.

Im new here, and need some info on my new system, I need a really good amp to run two 12"s , and I dont know to decide from the hifonics 1500d or Kicker. well.. any advices is apreciated or if u can suggest other amps or models from hi-fonics that would be great!

 

Also im thinking for the subs two magnum d2 or two kicker l7 solobaric or th JL w2....

dont know which to choose? advice me on the best set-up pleaze

2 kicker 12L7's will be very loud...... 750 each running @ 1ohm, gives them their rms......

I love Hifonics amps.. I have had several... All good stuff!!!!
