Buzzing static in all speakers

i know its not the amps or the speakers cause it in all of them. it might be the hu or my crossover but im not sure. Can anyone help.

its not engine wine cause it would be like blah blah. Not bad install or damaged speakers. Could be bad rca's which ill check 2marrow. What do you mean by bad outputs

if it is amped the amp could have problems?

no i have 6 speakers off of different amps so its not with the amps or gains

i tried using different rca's which helped with the buzzing but now theres a very small static. Its probably a bad ground or something like that
