Hey im buying a new amp tonight, need 700 watts but im between an AQ1200D and a Kicker ZX750.1. Running currently at 2 Ohms but never know, might want 1 later. For the $ what do you think would be better. thanks

my car holds 14.4 very well with slight drops on my old amp, out of these two which one would draw less current to put out rated power? Thanks

Well the Aq would leave you with head room if you ever decide to upgrade in the future, but both are good amps. Have you done the big 3? If it were me i would go with the AQ and be sure to do the big 3 and you should be fine.

Ya did the big three, works great. I'm leaning towards the AQ, unless someone comes up with a great reason to get the kicker (other than its 30 bucks cheaper).

yeah but imo thats 30 bux isn't worth it. With the AQ you get factory warranty and room to upgrade.

kicker is not stable at 1 ohm...i'm regretting that now, go with the AQ
