No, nothing wrong at all. So long as you watch who you're buying it from, make sure they have good feedback.

i tink i would buy the front and rear speakers and sub amp on ebay and the headunit, speakers amp, and subs from a website.

buy on ebay if you dont think you need a warranty.

Even if the person has a lot of feedback, check it out anyways to see what people have written for their negatives. I had one seller who received my payment and after 2 weeks of not responding to my emails, told me that they were out of stock and it would be another week. Needless to say I got my refund.

One good seller that I can think of off-hand is IndoAudio.

oh...and make sure you find out the shipping cost before hand...get prices from other websites....etc....

some sellers online do offer a warranty, since they are actually website stores marketing there products on ebay
