What good is a ban when can just have multiple accts. Get ip ban, you can just change that to. People who are doing this know what they're doing.

And those people, with their new IP addy and acct, will have zero feedback, and all the necessary precautions that dealing with someone who has zero feedback should be applied.

There will be no 'known scammer' list because, as SM said, those people are already banned. And, I dont like the idea of a thread to simply voice your opinion that someone is scamming. How often do we see someone called a scammer because they didnt scam someone, but are feared to be in the process of scamming somoene? Even in this thread someone is suggesting they might be getting scammed because the item they dont expect to arrive until tomorrow, hasn't arrived yet.

thats not why i said what i said ,the seller hasn't contacted me after payment ,hasn't replied to any of my posts ,and now he is on the forum and i sent him a message in a chat and he's not answering again.i dont conduct business like this and i know it's only $40 but it's the point of the matter.if i do a trade or sell something to someone on the forum ,i let them know when they're stuff should be there and if it isn't right then i make it right
