Buying a used sub local? what to look for

u wana smell the coils and see how they smell burnt = no good. you need to know if there daul 1 ohm, dual 2 ohm dual 4 ohm or single voice coil and check it with a multi meter. make sure u have the sub on a flat surface when u check cuz if its on a uneven surface it could throw it off a tad. feel the sub push down on it if its stiff or lose. if it makes a odd noise like rubbing thats bad. and dont buy it or less u check it out. even if u have to free air it for a few secs do so. good luck
