Buying A Cheap Double DIN Touch Screen

So I want to put a double DIN touch screen DVD/Media/Stereo player in my 2004 F-150. I've been looking on Ebay, Sonixelectronix, and Amazon. I've found a bunch for $150-220 with 4/5 star reviews overall, and some even better. Why shouldn't I buy one of these? I'm not an audiophile, I plan on installing a sub at some point, but I'm fine with my stock speakers. I also don't play with settings too much, I mean I like being able to tweak my system, but I don't need five thousand equalizer options. On the chance that I do upgrade my speakers, I want a four channel RCA output for an amp, which some of the models I've looked at have. They also have a mono subwoofer output. So why should I spend an extra $300 for a Kenwood when I can get a Boss, Audio planet, or Pyle for way cheaper? Thanks for the advice guys.

Well at most $250. I realize that a lot of the head units on Ebay that are $150 are probably cheap Chinese off-brand crap, but for example Sonic has a Boss unit for a little over $200 that's got like 4.5 out of 5 stars cumulative. And Amazon's units like Pyle and Planet Audio all have perfectly fine reviews.

the reason is because you get what you pay for.. usually the UI is terrible and just looks like an OLD OLD computer would...

quick question.. why do you NEED a touch screen? I have one an nice one but its really not a necessity.. I thought I would use it for video.. yah right.. I have nav on my phone if I need it..

Because most of those headubits will break after a few months of use. My friends havw the boss and cheap knockoffs and they broke after about 4 months of light use. By the time they realized this they ended up spending 150-200 PLUS the cost of a decent double din that wouldn't take a dump on them.
