Buy Pioneer DEH-P4800MP with warranty or DEH-P480MP without warranty?

Guy at work wants a new cd player and I looked up this one. Buying from Crutchfield because of customer service and he gets $40 worth of install stuff free plus im buying the Autosound 2000 CD-104 for amp optimizing. It's $140 shipped.

Saw the Premier HU on millionbuy.com (ebay) for $135 shipped but if anything happens, he has to pay for shipping both ways. Also he'll spend another $30 on the install accessories.

the diference between p4800mp and p480mp is the warranty, the 480mp have a 2yrs warranty and the other just one, so if they are at the same price get the 4800mp, 1 is always better than nothing
