Busta Rhymes is a cheap *** *****

I rely on tips so I always overver tip when sercvice is good. usually 20% on a normal day, up to 30% for outstanding service.

as a bellman, I make $3.50 per hour, however after my tips, portange and deliveries are added in its more like $18 - $28 per hour.

thats in season though. during the summer months, I am more like $12 - $16 per hour which is not that good for a bellman.

$16 is alright, but $12?!?!

bah

Is your job very hard? Because 12-16 is **** good.

why dont you guys just get a job that pays by the hour???

cuz relying on tips from others is a gamble, unless you like what you do...

besides my friend that works at old charleys makes like 8-9 an hour...plus tips

Let me rephrase that . If you have a nice rack, can drive a beverage(beer) cart and can flirt with golfers while cramming as much $4.50 beer down their throats. Then you make the good money :p
We don't even use the beverage cart at the CC I work at, it just so happens the only person the members tip is the Caddymaster. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

To me personally i don't really care how much the food or whatever costs. It's all about the service. If your nice and courteous. It will get you a long way in my book. It would take some real bad crcumstances for me to stiff somebody on the tip. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

30-50% tips? that's crazy...just because your food cost a fortune doesn't mean the service has to either. 10-15% is fine...depending on the waiter.
- pe@ce

I do it because I know most people dont tip well, once you serve you will looka t people differently, so I like to show my appreciation

i work in a restaurant, ussually taking room service up in the hotel we are located in......our main clients are native people.....so that means they get food vouchers for so much money per day provided by there reserve...... they are not allowed to tip with the movie that they do not spend

so that means they get free food and do not tip.....they are cheap,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, so my restaurant puts an automatic tip on the bill

15% and its practically the only way i make tips even though i am nice and curtious, nobody tips!

so now when im out and get service i beleive is good, because im in the same boat at work i know what the waiters or whatever expect and i know what to expect

works out nice sometimes but not always.........if i see a major flaw that should be done or wasent done right they will see it with there tip........

but never, NEVER would i tip 1 cent thats an insult

wohh thats all //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

I don't like Busta's style, too fast. Just my opinion though.

I'm not a big fan of 50 either, I don't really like his flow.

At resturants, I tip big. Usually about 25% even though I dont have a job and not too much money. I used to work at a resturant, and being a waiter isn't the easiest, especially when you're only making 2-3 dollars an hour. But some service is just plain shiity, then I only tip 5-10%, but it has to pretty bad.
