You can't even legitimately analyze a President's relative success until generations after his term has ended. Not only is your claim is premature and impossible to quantify, I know you don't have nearly enough knowledge about every President to accurately defend your statement.

We can already measure this president's success just by seeing how he got us into a war that shouldn't even exist. His very slow and tentative response to Katrina. If that doesn't measure up as a "relative success" or failure for that matter then I don't know what does.
