i have a bad feeling the next president we have will not be one that is so willing to do what must be done and the whole north korea issue is gonna bite us in the ***.

It is highly likely that she will win the Democratic nomination and consequently run.
I do not think, however, that she has the ability to win. Whether or not the populace of the US is ready (read that as willing) to elect the first female United States President notwithstanding I do not believe Senator Clinton is that woman...

Secretary Rice, or someone very much like her, is considerably more likely to win if she were to run. Having said that I do not see her having the ability to win come polling time either.
