Reagans policies brought the largest peacetime economic growth in US history. This is what happens when you cut taxes across the board and lower government spending, which controls inflation.
How many jobs has Obama created? How many trillions has he spent to create these jobs? None. He spent the trillions of dollars and has LOST jobs. Reagan cut government spending and CREATED 35million jobs.

He expanded the economy and shrunk the government. Under Reagan we had the longest ever peacetime economic growth, at 92 months. This caused the entire economy to grow by 33%.

You can keep your change. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/fyi.gif.9f1f679348da7204ce960cfc74bca8e0.gif

I like when people say "obama inherited a recession". As if Bush caused the recession. If he did... HOW did he do it? The wars actually brought us out of the recession that Bush inherited from Clinton. They defended our country from terrorists. BTW I liked the guy that said our wars were "genocide". I wasn't aware that terrorists were a specific race. If they are, I'm in favor of exterminating them.

Next, obama spent more in his first 100 days in office than the whole Iraq war cost. Look it up. GM and Chrysler and the banks were all insolvent. They still technically are because the things that have caused them to go under are still in place. (Union contracts forcing GM and Chrysler to pay workers their full working wages even after retirement and the economic reinvestment act respectively). The companies should have been forced to go into bankruptcy to restructure... NOT injected with cash to prolong the inevitable. Now we have csars that answer to no one. This is supposed to be a Democratic Republic. How can we have csars?

obama is a socialist and he has done more to hurt this country than anyone save fdr. Bush screwed up a lot (No Child left behind, Stimulus #1, amnesty for illegals, deficit spending) but he pales in comparison to obama.

There are MANY reasons to dislike obama and only one reason to like him. The bottom line is, if you like obama you're racist.

Things got effed up while Bush was prez (some certainly his fault (Iraq), some not (soaring stock markets always come back down)) and it made a lot of people think it'd be a good idea to give democrats a chance to fix it all (good luck democrats).

But the fact is, sometimes things simply do get quite a bit effed up, out of whack.

I think Bush will be remembered as the better prez because, like it or not, he better represented the typical American. Sometimes it ain't pretty, but that's just the way it is. And, while people think Obama can fix every little problem, we already know his solutions are going to be Socialist solutions, aka Robin Hood solutions, and I don't think the majority of Americans really want that; They just think they do. And, since people can't picture how it will actually turn out, it seems like it's gonna take actual implementation of Socialism for them to feel the pain of it.

So, if Obama gets his programs hooked in deep enough that the next Republican prez can't get rid of them, we may be basically Socialist for a loooong time, and I just don't see that turning out well.

A minor amount of Socialism seems to actually work out OK, as we've had lots of of for a while now (food stamps, unemployment $, etc.); It's when these Socialist things become bigger and bigger, which is what is happening, that eventually our economy and every little movement will be affected by it, and the Socialist crash Russia had could occur here.

Obama's the dad that takes all your saved up car money when you're 16 and buys you the 4-door he wants you to have. You're probably gonna be p|ssed off for the rest of your life about this.

Bush was the dad that would kick in 1/3rd of the money, give you some suggestions, maybe some limits, and then let you buy the car yourself, also letting you learn the hard way.

Republicans: "I'll reluctantly help you a little bit, to stabilize our world somewhat, but you gotta take most of the responsibility in helping yourself."

Democrats: "I'll save you, make your whole life perfect, and I'll use other people's money to do it. In fact, you better just let me control everything, so I can really get it all perfectly right, distributed evenly."

Life ain't perfect.

I love it!

If you do work, you get rewarded. No one wants to do shit. No it's not just black people, or mexicans, or whites, or whatever. It's all of fucking America! I understand that there are irreparable limitations in some situations, but in order to be successful you must do work //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/fyi.gif.9f1f679348da7204ce960cfc74bca8e0.gif

ill admit that getting stuff without working for it entices me, but then i realize the repercussions. its like the kids that mommy and daddy do everything for them and once they have to go out on their own, they cant make it. you need to learn how to manage your life instead of someone always pulling you up when you fall down
