im going to be running 2 12 inch rd alpha v.1's 4's so 4 ohms i want to run 2 bxi-1606's at 1 ohm! are they strappable? is that the only way i can get the subs down to 1 ohm?

dont think there strappable and if each sub is dual 4 if you hook them both to a different amp they will be at 2 ohms a piece

so i can run each 4 ohm sub at 2 ohm load so thats 1000 watts per sub not too bad

not if there svc. 4 ohm's each amp, so about half the power. you need an amp that does the power you want at 2 ohm's.

1 per sub at 1 ohm that would work?

AND does anyone know if these are efficient for power cause im not going to put more then 500 bucks into my electrical

the only wiring options for your subs are 2ohms and 8ohms. and that is only if you use one amp.if you use a different amp on each speaker, then the amp will run at 4 ohms.
