I remember stuffing shit in brown paper bags, mickeysd's bags and leaving it on the street to 'hide' shit for a while and come back for it later but never seen the crazy infatuation with them like I hear on the radio.

When I used to hang out with some buddys on the corner I would sometimes go grab like '5 dimes for $40) and I would roll one and toss the rest in a bag off the street, wrinkle it up and throw it somewhere when no one was looking so I could go get it later.

The issue is if the cop wants to be a real dickhead he can get you for 'intent to distribute' if you have a bunch of times on you where if you only have one bag or even two it is usually posession if they even bother to press charges.

Ah that makes since..

it makes sense, except for the fact that the govt doesnt tax you on money in the bank... they tax you on recorded income and earnings.
