BREAKING NEWS: Tanker Explosion Shuts Down I-75

'lolumad' was like an internet meme made up years ago in the videogame world. After owning a person or people, you talk shit by asking: 'u mad?' 'lolumad?' 'lolurage?' or various combinations.
Of course since this is CA.com, everything is a bit behind the internet times, kind of like the phase where everyone started saying 'first' in reply to threads...

I've noticed majority of CA.com is internetarded

That's reallly cool..............,,,,,,,,,,,, over.

SOUTHFIELD, Mich. (WJBK) - A tanker truck has exploded on Interstate 75 at Nine Mile Road. Part of the Nine Mile overpass has also collapsed onto the expressway. The crash occurred at about 8:30 p.m. Wednesday, but it is still a very dangerous situation.

MDOT Spokesperson Rob Morosi says the interstate is closed southbound at I-696 and northbound at Eight Mile Road and that he expects these closures to remain in effect for the morning commute. All classes at the Hazel Park Adult Education Center are also canceled on Thursday because of the accident.

Use the video player on the left to watch our coverage of this story and some amazing video shot by Basil Denha, Junior, who witnessed the terrifying scene.

Crews still have a lot of work to do determining the number of vehicles involved and victims. We are hearing, although this is not confirmed, that there is one minor injury.

A tanker truck carrying tens of thousands of gallons of fuel burst into flames on I-75 and Nine Mile Road in Hazel Park. It appears the tanker may have smashed into the bridge, flipped over, caught fire and caused a chain reaction accident.

We are not sure how many vehicles were burned, but there are shells of vehicles at the scene. A Meijer truck burst into flames and the Nine Mile bridge collapsed from the impact, the heat and the flames.

Power is out over much of Hazel Park, but DTE Energy is working to restore service to the area.

For your safety, everyone is being urged to stay in their homes and away from this area. This is a dangerous situation and the fumes are toxic.
