I will right now call brock wont make it past the second round. As soon as carwin lands one of those bricks to the side of brocks head it's over. Carwin is also a college champion wrestler and on fight night might come in about 20 lbs lighter than brock which aint much.Brock's head movement is terrible and if shane can sprawl on one take down attempt and keep it standing Brock will have a bad day.

I like both of these guys. Cant say who I want to win. I think Brock will win though.

I would have liked to see Carwin KO someone else before he got the shot, but meh.

Um, who's Carwin beat besides Gonzaga? His "11-0" record counts nine fights in non-federations like Ultimate Texas Showdown and Extreme Wars 3, and his first UFC fight was against another guy who'd never fought in the UFC before. Yeah his quick KO of Gongaza is impressive but that's really the only thing he's got.

Brock, love him or hate him, has beaten THREE tough competitors. Even if you want to call Couture over the hill, that's still a way more impressive win than Neil effin' Wain, and I'd call Frank Mir a WAY tougher customer than Gonzaga. Heath Herring is hardly a slouch either, despite having a mixed record at least he has EXPERIENCE.

Carwin's a good fighter that's been up against a bunch of shlubs and then got a surprise victory against a great fighter. To act like he's got so much under his belt that Lesnar doesn't (let's not forget Lesnar's insane collegiate wrestling record) is plain crazy. Carwin's a big guy, but Lesnar's a 280 pounder that diets down to get under 265 and has beat THREE established UFC names including two champions.

It'll be a fun fight, but Carwin's gonna get manhandled. It's too early in his UFC career to throw him against Brock. It'd be like putting Brock against Fedor after his first Mir fight.

you are an idiot Brock didn't deserve the title shot he got but he got it anyway and now your saying carwin has only fought scrubs, who did lesnar fight what was he 2-1 and got a title shot? gonzaga is far from inexperienced, lesnar could barely handle randy on the ground due to randy being a better wrestler even with a VERY large weight difference, carwin is a d2 college champion although not as prestigious as lesnars championship he is still a good wrestler and i would say there isnt much of a a strength gap between the two lesnar being more fat and carwin with lean muscle. I see lesnar going in aggresive with his shitty boxing and getting ktfo by a hook. he cant hold down carwin and when he cant hold them down he has bad standup just like randy and mir showed that mir had him against the cage with knees and randy wouldve won that fight if it went to decision. carwin looks like a bodybuilder turned fighter and wears the same custom gloves as lesnar so all you lesnar nuthuggers STFU N GTFO im goin to get drunk in atlantic city so i wont be back for the flame wars

NP, Les is far from unskilled. The dude was a college wrestling phenomenon, record was something stupid like 114-2. Now he's beaten two great UFC heavyweights.

He's against... a dude that fought 10 scrubs and surprise KO'd one good fighter. Remember Matt Serra beat GSP once and we know how long his reign lasted.
