another thing on my situation was i asked the signing agent point blank if the neighbors and building was safe, noisy, etc. and she flat out lied. thats why they have places like i mentioned, i can get the specific name of the agency for you tomorrow. it is the landlords responsibility to provide a safe environment for it's residents... good luck man, it's a tough spot to be in when your hating your sanctuary...

In Cali the laws favor the renter like 85%, so if you mount a good case if you landlord gives you crap then he/she is shit outta luck.

Get evicted and you get like free rent for like 3 months while you look for a new place and then you get to move out lol

have someone break into your house numerous times. file a police report each time. after the 3rd time break the lease cuz the landlord couldnt make it safe

alright look, im not a lazy ****, ive done about 10 hours or so worth of reading and am stuck in limbo about whether or not to say I flat out want out, or start filing complaints. And I came to CA.com because it has a very broad range of people on here who are constantly on or in the THUNDERDOME and gets real time answers not emailing someone on a legal website for them to email me back with a link to a lawyer that I cant afford.
