Break in question...

I'm not going to do this, but would it be possible to do the subwoofer break in using a battery charger? If you hook everything up, stereo, amp, rca, in-line fuse, everything, and ran it for like 24-hrs would it work or would you run the risk of damaging the equipment?

I've never found a single advantage in "breaking in" a sub. I've done it and I've skipped it. Same result both ways.

As far as your question is concerned; I don't know.

well i wouldnt put full power to a brand new sub w/o breaking it in. better safe then sorry

I've done it hundreds of times with no issues whatsoever...

I was just wondering because you could set it up today and this time tomorrow have a broken in sub, no worries about keeping track of how long you been listening to make sure you have broken it in correctly, if you do indeed break them in. I usually try to but by the second day i get tired of waiting.
