this thing is solid, my father works construction and he's had that same drill for over 5 years

and trust me that thing takes a beating

free bump for a good product!

i don't think this is a drywall gun...it only goes up to 2500 rpm and drywall guns go up to 4000 rpm...I believe its just a general drill. If it was a drywall gun I would definately buy it so if I'm wrong please let me know....

free bump...

It's not a drywall screw gun. Drywall screw guns come with a phillips bit already installed on the end of them. This screw gun -a good one at that- is for commercial applications such as driving (hex head) screws into sheet metal.

Edit. Just to make it clear, it can NOT be used as a drill. A drill has a chuck on the end of it for holding drill bits. There is no chuck on the end of a screw gun.

The only way it could be used as a drill is if you have the bits that have the hex heads on them. Other than that is basically a screw gun.
