Sold Brand New DD 9512's

Whatup, parting out my system here, here's whats for sale:

2 DD 9512d's that where just totally rebuilt by DD, haven't been hooked up yet, and under new 1 yr warranty. They also added on 2 more lead in wires so they can handle more heat and a more durable then before. These MUST go with the boxes, professionally built by a local audio shop exactly to DD's specs. 2.5 cu ft enclosures, vented, tuned to 40hz, made out of the most expensive particle board out there, grey carpeted. 995.00 for subs and boxes. Shipping is 37.00 for subs and 50.00 for boxes.

2 Jbl 1200.1's, both are 6 months old and lightly used. Never worked them hard at all. They have NO scratches or anything and look brand new. 200.00 for each. Shipping is 20.00 apiece

2.4 farad Power Acoustik Digital Cap, 6 months old, works perfect and has a couple of minor scratches. 80.00 shipping is 10.00

not to jack on your post dude but rip off on the subs. 995 for em even if that's with shipping dreid sells 15"s for 325-350 a piece you can get a board built out of the finest particle board for under 250 as well. beside's why use particle board for a box?? MDF is what should be used. but i guess you already knew that.

400-450 on ebay?? i've never seen them go on ebay for that much. dreid sell's his 9515's on ebay as well and only asked 350 a piece i know that for a fact my man. there is a guy wanting 400 for one on there and your asking for almost 500 a piece considering you can make that box for under 50 bucks. like i said not post jacking but, i want you to get your stuff sold and IMO your asking too much.

Seems like I can't find one for "under 400" even used let alone being new. From what you can see right there, USED DD's are goin for over 400 on ebay.

These two subs are brand new under a full 1 yr warrany, so 995 is a fricken fair price for two never hooked up DD's, you don't have to wait for them to be built, AND they come with 2 boxes built to their specs. So figure around 450 each sub, and 50 for each box. Ya, pretty **** fair deal. Why did you bother to post here if you aren't even interested in buying the subs?? well if u pay attention, you have 12s, them are 15s, also one is the new e series, and also only one of them has a bidder, and it isnt at the 400 mark yet, those are buy now prices...... sooooooo i guess ill take this to the top for ya to try to get rid of em

Plus, they are ADVERTISING the subs for those prices, they haven't actually SOLD yet. Not to jack your post or anything.....

How much did you pay for them?
The e's are less than the MSRP if you buy them direct from DD, you know.

I bought the D's last spring for 500 apiece, then I just payed another 259 to have them fully built top to bottom, so I have a little over 1250 invested in them.

Fully built in what way? Were they basically upgraded to the 03e series?

They told me they they fully rebuilt the suspesion, cone, VC, everything, they told me actually DID upgrade them and put extra lead in wires and stiffened up the cone and some other things so maybe some new features of the e's is what they built into my d? I don't have the oversized dustcap though, but they did reinforce and upgrade the sub will they rebuilt it. Mine has the smaller carbon fiber dustcap. Very stiff cone though, need to be broken in and everything still, but anyways they rebuilt it from the motor up.

take 25 percent off if you say your on team DD or sign up for it from retail. so say 609 25 percent of that is what 150ish soooo subtract them to under 450 a piece you got how much they should sell for. DD is a dick to deal with also i have a friend who owns a shop that sells them and he has a hard time getting DD to replace shit for him. 895 is still a lot IMO I'd buy 2 from dreid for 700 for the pair of 15"s and then build a box.
