Brahma is designed for extreme SPL/SQ situations. It features dual 2 Ohm voice coils (1/2/4 ohm wiring options), 1600W RMS power handling (4800W peak), a 3" diameter voice coil, 8" semi-cupped progressive spider, and a host of other state-of-the-art features.

CMPx2 boasts a dual 2 ohm voice coil design rated at 800 WATTS RMS PER COIL, 1600W RMS power handling (3000)watts peak power handling.

KEVLAR® cone technology, which virtually eliminates distortion. Extra wide Santoprene® surround of course, along with THREE 8" progressive roll spiders help keep this monster under control through its excursion of more than two inches peak to peak. 3 Spiders, underhung motor, Kevlar® cone.

Taking a POLL. which would you choose?

both are sick, I know a ton of people are going to vote for the Brahma because not many have heard the Crystal, but **** the Crystal is nice, so I am going to vote for

I really can't vote i never heard either but I question how strong the crystal is. A guy at work sold one and was shipping it out from our ups manifest it was in a sealed box .Something happen and the sub came back destroyed the box was chipped up it seems it was dropped and the weight of the magnet falling ripped the spider to peices i don't know if thats supposed to happen. i know it went threw a lot but shouldn't it of held up

I'm going with the brahma it's the best sub out for spl and sq needs.

Adire is supposed to be coming out with a 15" boy that is going to kill the competion. I'll get the stats later.//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/rolleyes.gif.c1fef805e9d1464d377451cd5bc18bfb.gif

Ah it's called BEX15 or brahma extreme 15. It runs for about 2000.00 bucks only way to get it is pre order from adireaudio.com

"The Brahma Extreme. 56mm of one-way Xmag, 33mm of Xsus. We built our own BL measurement device to measure this unit; nothing on the market could measure it. Twice the power handling of a stock Brahma (3200W RMS/9600W peak), 40% more BL. Built for simply monster SPL. This thing is the ultimate high-excursion driver. "
