theres a big difference between sounding loud and loud on the meter.

a small box will do better #'s, but a large one will sound louder...if thats an outlaw score, what tone are you burping?

The first one was 40 hz.. the second 45... the third 50...

143.5 was the highest.... at 45 hz.... or should I get a tone thats exactly 52hz...?

put a sealed box in...burp every couple freq's and record whats loudest..it'll go up, then go down...burp each freq around where it peaked..the loudest tone is your resonant freq..if you have access to a new tl, you can just run a sweep and it'll plainly show you peak freq...your gonna wanna have a box tuned to where it'll be loudest at your res freq.

We've had one box peak where it needed to and still was loud, theres alot that goes into it..you just have to test and test...You can box that does great #'s that peaks at odd freq...and some that arent loud peaking where you want it to...cant tell someone how to get loud, gotta learn what your truck likes...

we used a pre-fab and a rf z 10 with a hole in the surround and it peaked where most explorers do, your supposed to use something with a flat response between some odd freq and another but whatever, lol

i dont remember the #, but it actually did a somewhat respectable #, lol...

I have NO IDEA how to calculate that... and if I could... I would.... if someone wants to help me get some HIGH tuneing before the comp! that would be awesome!

Inhuman couldnt I just get some 3/4" mdf and just cover the hole for the port plug and use it sealed?

I just got her tested!!! WOOT WOOT!!! hit 150!!!!!! oh ya *****es!!! (I DONT HAVE IT ON VIDEO) but IDC if you belive me or not... me and my friends saw it.... when my voltage droped and only hit like 148.5 or something... but its straight.... I DID IT WOOT!!

can you tell me what the RF of most explorers is? i have a 96 explorer and was considering making a box with a plug for comps, but knowing the RF would help me out big time.
