IM am personally a fan of sealed boxes, the bass is just more tight and clean...ported may get a little louder, but a completely air tight sealed box, in my ompinion, sounds a whole lot better.........

i am a fan of sealed only because they are simple to make, not that expensive, and they sound great....

i would go ported only because i like the challenge of makin one, and badpass, sounds like fart for one song, and decent for another....

I agree.

I prefer sealed over ported/bandpass as it's got a tighter and cleaner sound.

However, if you primarily just want boom in your ride, ported/bandpass will probably be louder.

O man...when i first saw squeaks sig i laughed. This is hilarious.

Nice pic too nG. Would that happen to be the EXTREME TYPE R you purchased a little while ago and hid it from the world?
