Thats why you have to bowl from the 10th frame, and work backwards to 1. That way there is no pressure on frame 1.

yea i do. i've been bowling for about 5 years now and have around a 180 average

Shit, I have been bowling since I was 12 years old in some type of league till I was 28. I haven't been bowling in a couple years though besides taking the family out once in blue moon. Have been at 299 a couple times and high 280's.

Buddy of mine when I did bowl only was going in his 3rd year in league hit a 300. His average the last year I bowled my best at 224 was 165, lol! Shit drove me crazy!
