Condition is great! Cosmetically, I give it a 9 out of 10, because its a gym set, Im sure there might be a small scratch somewhere. I will also give it 9 out of 10 mechanically. Only due to that I am missing a pin that goes under the bench seat which can be found in 5 minutes up at the street. Im currently using a screw driver, but I can get you the right one before you buy.

This upgraded BowFlex Power Pro XLT with all of its accesssories... I believe $700 is completely fair. Im selling this to move. I need it gone by August 7th or I will be putting it up in my closet at my new place.
