bowflex or crossbow exercises??

anyone on here have a crossbow or bowflex? just got a crossbow, and it does 65 exercises, but it only has like 5 pictured on the machine. anyone have a diagram or something with the exercises, can't find it anywhere on google. i know bowflex gives a poster when you purchase it.

did u buy it used or sumthin because i have a cross bow and it came with a dvd and poster showing how to do the exercises
