Decently Big Kitchen (not huge)

Decently Big Livingroom (not huge)

Screened in Small 6'x10' Back Porch Area

Big Basement

with 4th Bedroom

Fairly Small Front Yard

Long *** back yard 175', getting quotes to build a 1200 Sq foot Garage back there...

We won't be moving in for about 3-4 months as we want to re-paint and carpet all the rooms, redo the bath room and do a few things to the Kitchen.... Might was well do all that 1st...

After the Garage gets done, I want to start on a dedicated Home theater in the basement...

I wasn't planning on buying or wanting to even look for another 8-12 months, but this deal came up so I felt I had to jump on it...

Doh, I knew I was forgetting something....

Yea, there is a second bathroom, really a half, its just a sh!tter... We are gonna add a sink... You can't have a sh!tter and no sink to wash your hands...

Also has new(er) roof maybe 2 years and new windows, decently new HVAC of maybe 5 years...

Nahh.. I mean we want to move in now kinda, but we'd rather paint it and fix it up nice how we want it, while not much is in it, than to move in and then have to mve everything around and get paint on stuff... I know I'll spill some or make some kinda mess..

Yea, I hope to make the garage FAT..... Something like 30x40... My best friend just happens to live directly next door, he has a garage thats 40x100.... Looks like a fricken airplane hanger.... I can't afford no ish like that though....

I just want mine big enough for 6 full sized cars... We only have 4, but I want room to work on stuff....

yea, Shes a Black Lab Rott mix... Her name is Jazmine or Jazzy....

I can't beleive how well she listens.... Its not to my credit though; My g/f is a stylist/groomer at a place called Kennelwood... They do dog grooming, boarding and obedience training and Lara, my g/f has worked with Jazzy alot...

I can tell her to sit (the dog), then put a treat on her nose and leave the room for 15+ mins... When I come back, it'll still be there on her nose, till I say OK Jazzy get it... Also, if we say go to your room, she will go get in her doggy bed and not move till we tell her she can... Shes good with kids too...

I don't have any yet...

I may get some today.... Now, it usally gets dark before I get home...

But I'm going to get some.... I want to do a big before and after as the years go by and see the improvements...

The house is really structurally sound... My brother in law (to bee) is an appraiser and I had him look at it/appraise it before we bought it... The only bad thing is, its kinda ugly (in my opinion)...

It is/was a one owner house... The people I bought it from, built it in 1955 and have lived in it till a month ago... They lady got to old to live by herself and moved in with her son, who sold it too me...

Now the biggest problem is, the decor, stylines, colors etc... all look like they come from the late 70s...

Hence thge reason we aint moving in for a few months...

We want to repaint everything, recarpet and do a few other updates...

Such as electric... I want to upgrade the box and service to 200Amp, so that when I get a garage built in a few months, I'll be able to run a dedicated 100 amp circuit out there... Then we'll have a garage box that all its circuits come off of....

So, like I said its kinda of oldstyle and Ugly looking now, but I'll get some pics anyway...

I think its going to be a nice starter home for us...

**** dude. You just bought the sweet *** gun and have that sick *** blazer. Now you bought a house and you want a 6 car garage? I wish I had that kind of dough. Where do you plant your money tree?That or what do you do for a living so I can learn that trade.

Just messing wit ya. Sounds like a nice place. Congrulations on it. I understand about not wanting to move in right away. I bought my house 3 years ago and well needless to say I thought I had all my interior/exterior done before I moved in. Man was I wrong. I will never be done with this place. Mine is small compared to yours though. I did just recently put in a new garage and cement driveway.Good luck bud!
