Bought items, how long should I wait?

This fri will be 2 weeks that I have been waiting for my item. It is a amp comming from IA, to TX sent through ups. I emailed and asked for tracking # and never got one back. Told seller what was going on getting a feeling it was a scam, seller said" no scam ups does not ship on weekend should be their by wed. Well today is Wed, I just do not understand why he wont give me a tracking #. AM i jumping the gun? Or how much longer should I wait? I payed through paypal, is their anything I can do to get my money? Any serious thoughts would be helpful, not just smart ***** saying you got scammed. Thanks

sounds little shady i give tracking #'s even for $15 dash kits

if goes to long file a pp refund claim wiil take a while though and won't see $$ til seller grants refund or ignores pay pal notices g/l with this

ovaboost... dont wanathrough his name nder the bus, but yeah no trackng # is what is getting me concerned. Yeah deal on here sent emails paid through paypal. Have I waited long enough? Or should I give a couple more days?

yes well, debit card with the mastercard logo, so yeah i used a mastercard
