Bottoming out? Clipping?

When I turn up my tc9 up to a decent level it starts cutting out could it be that I am bottoming it out or clippin the amp (rf 225.2 bridged to 4 ohm) My connections are pretty tight but I know that they could be alot better. Just wanna see what things I could do. To ground the rcas to the amp is all I have to do is just run wire around the rcas and have it touch the metal part of the amp?
