just hoping the talks with the insurance company arent to stressful, they will prolly try to screw me being that both trucks are old. I prolly wont get screwed so much on the 1/2ton bc i have recepts and all for the motor(383 stroker) but the 1-ton has 230k miles. prolly going to buy both back for motor,transmission, 1-ton axles and other things like interior and w/e else i can use

Doesn't matter, she was at fault.

Don't bring up that your half ton had a 383, insurance won't cover anything unless you had put "modification insurance" on them for a certain value. Just buy it back as a stock truck and pull your motor.

What kind of times did the 383 run at the track? Or an estimated from running other cars? Any vids?
