Boston?

I have been out of "car audio" for about a year but now am getting back into it. I am looking to build a nice SQ system and would like to use all boston products including speakers, subs, and amps.

What do you guys think about Boston Acoustics amps?

Do they put out their stated power?

Also, their factory ratings are at 12 volts, not 13 or 14 like most other companies rate.

Are they current monsters?

I am specifically looking at the GT-40 for my midrange and the GT-24 for the subs.

Boston is extremley good. Was planning on using them in my SQ setup this summer but last second switched over to the Focals.

You'll enjoy Boston and there amps are just as good as there speakers. Have a little experiance with the amps and those Bostons love to be teamed up with there fathers. Good buy together.
